LED Connector for Waterproof 5050 RGB LED Strips

The latest design of these strip-to-wire connectors offers a solution for the waterproof connection and extension needs of 10mm 5050 5630 RGB LED light strips. These connectors allow for DIY extension of the wire length as desired.

Note that these connectors are specifically designed for use with 10mm width, 4-pin, IP65 waterproof RGB LED strip lights. They are not compatible with non-waterproof or 8mm width LED strip lights. Additionally, the wire diameter should be within the range of 20-22 AWG (0.34-0.75 mm²) and should not require stripping.

Installation Guides:

Strip End: 1. Ensure the LED light strip is waterproof, 10mm in width, and has 4 contacts (+, B, R, G). All contacts should be clean, and the strip should be cut straight. 2. Open the transparent cover of the connector up to 90 degrees. 3. Peel off the 3M tape around the cutting line area on the back of the LED strip, then insert the strip into the clasp side, aligning the 4 contacts of the LED strip with the 4 pins of the clasp. (Note: No need to peel off the silicone on the surface of the LED strip around the soldering line area.) 4. Close the clasp down with force using pliers.

Wire End: 1. Cut the desired wire length and separate the 4 wires (20-22 AWG) around the connection part. 2. Insert the wires into the connector guide slot, making sure the positive and negative wires on the strip light surface correspond to the correct wires. 3. Close the transparent cap with pliers until it is fully seated on both sides of the bottom base. Ensure the metal joint pierces through the wire insulation. (Note: No stripping of wires is required. The positive wire should be matched to the "+" input power mark on the strip light surface.)
